We also operate a GPS check-in system which requires all of our staff to confirm their attendance on the way to, and on arrival, to each of their shifts.

Moreover, we carry full public and employers liability insurance, copies of our certificates are available to our clients upon request. We also provide generic risk assessments. We often work repeatedly with particular venues and organisers, therefore we have risk assessment templates on hand.
24/7 BACK-UP
Furthermore, we are available to our clients 24/7, out of office hours, and on the weekends. Should you require additional last-minute staff, or need to make briefing amendments, we are available 24/7 to assist you. If in the unlikely event that a member of our staff cancels their shift, we will get to work immediately to try and secure a replacement.

Our experienced event registration staff are proficient in using computer systems and commonly used registration software. They can also complete registration on paper if required. Staff complete other registration duties such as checking in guests/delegates, issuing passes, checking relevant documents and completing administrative tasks.
Once staff has checked in all event attendees, they can conduct other duties such as hospitality, serving drinks, promotional duties, distributing leaflets, and general event support. We also often supply staff to hand out goodie bags and branded products, which are prepared by our staff beforehand.
We can also supply team leaders and event managers to oversee teams of staff. Our team leaders can be booked nationwide, and have years of experience in registration and promotional work. Event managers are our most trusted members of staff who ensure that all work is completed in an efficient and productive manner, and act as a clear point of communication between event organisers and staff on the ground.
