REGISTRATION DUTIES
Our conference staff complete a multitude of reception and registration duties. They ensure that the registration process is as quick and seamless as possible- creating a positive first impression of the event. Staff know how to use all major registration softwares, can check authorisation, issue relevant passes and literature, and complete other admin tasks.
ASSISTING SPEAKERS
Moreover, our conference staff assist with conference workshops, talks and Q&As. Our staff introduce speakers, offer microphone assistance, manage room capacity, top up snacks and drinks, set out room plans, chaperone VIP guests, and more. FOOD & BEVERAGES
Furthermore, our conference staff assist with food and beverages. They can complete champagne service, serve trays of nibbles, set out buffets, refill drinks, and offer general assistance at meals. We are available to our clients 24/7, out of office hours, and on the weekends. Should you require additional last-minute staff, or need to make briefing amendments, we are available 24/7 to assist you. If in the unlikely event that a member of our staff cancels their shift, we will get to work to secure a replacement immediately.
