GLASGOW CONFERENCE REGISTRATION STAFF

We supplied Glasgow conference registration staff to the The BSR. The team of staff worked at the BSR (British Society for Rheumatology) Annual Conference 2022 took place at SEC Glasgow in April 2022. The 3-day event allows attendees to learn from field experts about the latest developments in rheumatology and discover new research. They can also view posters, symposia, and exhibitions, network, partake in wellbeing activities, and earn CPD credits.

Push Promotions supplied a large team of members of registration staff over 4 days (the 3 days of the conference and the day preceding it). They provided their own clothing for the event- smart black corporate to portray a professional appearance. We were also able to provide local staff to save the company money on staff transport & accommodation costs.

Their role was to observe and assist with the on-site registration and badging of the conference attendees and exhibitors. They did this from 4 help desk terminals and 4 self-service stations. They ensured that the registration process was quick and efficient for all. Staff personally welcomed each guest, creating a good first impression of the event. We helped with the set-up of the event, ensuring that all exhibitors found their correct spot and were ready to go once the conference started.

Additionally all of our staff were briefed beforehand and were familiar with the registration software being used. They were therefore ready to hit the ground running. We were thrilled to work at such an important and influential event.
