ITALIAN FOOD SAMPLING STAFF

We have provided Eataly with Italian food sampling staff since 2021. Eataly (Eat Italian), founded in 2007, aims to celebrate Italian cuisine and culture! They have various outlets from which to enjoy their cuisine. For example, restaurant and counter locations to enjoy prepared meals. Stores to buy quality ingredients so you create delicious dishes yourself. And finally classes where Eataly staff will inspire and teach the history and craft of Italian dishes.

Here at Push, we consistently provide them with fully trained and experienced food sampling staff. They work in-store most days, offering free samples and selling food products. By providing the same staff consistently, staff become familiar with the brand and its products. They therefore grow in confidence, leaving more space to have witty interactions and good rapports with the public. Even if the customer does not make a purchase, we want everyone to leave the stand with a good impression of the brand.

They all have Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification so know how to successfully sample products. They understand hygiene requirements, how to store samples, and how best to present them to the public.

Some of these food samples include all-Italian olives, milk, cheese, meats, chocolate, biscuits, etc.

Our staff successfully engage with the public, aiming to convert them from a food-sampler to an invested Eataly customer.
