BOARD GAME PRODUCT DEMONSTRATORS

Gibson Games is a British board game and jigsaw manufacturer, which is currently run by the 4th generation of the Gibson family! We worked with Gibsons during 2019, which coincidently was Gibsons Games’ 100-year anniversary. We supplied them with experienced board game product demonstrators to work at various Hamleys and John Lewis stores.

Push selected board game product demonstrators who were not only skilled, engaging, and experienced, but who also truly fit the Gibsons Games brand- FUN! We all know how difficult it can be to explain to friends and family members how to play a new, and seemingly complex board game. Our staff bought the fun to such demonstrations, so family board game evenings can be smooth and seamless!

Staff demonstrated and sold selected Gibsons’ products, promoted the brand, and answered FAQs. Product demonstrations took place for all audiences, from grandparents to young children. Therefore our staff know how to adapt demonstrations for differing audiences and keep them light and entertaining. Demonstrations are really effective ways of engaging with potential customers, raising product awareness, and making direct sales. As well as demonstrations, our staff are skilled in encouraging immediate sales.

Gibbons Games also utilised our interactive, state-of-the-art reporting system. This allowed them to view real-time KPIs, feedback, and photos from the product demonstrations. Such feedback can be used to access the success of events and therefore plan for the future.
