HOUSEHOLD PRODUCT DEMONSTRATORS

Bona is a family-owned, sustainably driven company that, since 1919, has created products for installing, renovating, maintaining, and restoring premium floors. They sell to both the general public and businesses. Bona approached Push Promotions in 2019 to provide them with temporary household product demonstrators for their events.

We supplied Bona with experienced product demonstrators who worked in-store at selected garden centres and Lakeland stores. Our staff performed product demonstrations, engaging directly with crowds of people about Bona’s floor cleaners. This significantly increases the chances of making a sale. 

Our product demonstrators explain the benefits of a product, how to use it, and the impact it can have on your life. They have great persuasive and up-selling skills. As well as public stores, our demonstrators have also worked at business-to-business events. They therefore know how to tailor their demonstrations to different audiences, and adapt their sales pitches accordingly. For example, a member of the public will likely buy one, potentially 2 of a product if there is an offer. However businesses will be looked to buy in balk, thus substantially changing sales tactics.

Our staff was provided with full video and telephone training prior to their shifts to ensure that they promoted Bona effectively.

Push Promotions staff also utilised our state-of-the-art reporting system which allowed Bona to keep track of any customer feedback, real-time KPIs, and event photos.
