ICC REGISTRATION STAFF

Here at Push Promotions, we provide 30 members of registration staff to Specsavers Opticians annual conference at the ICC Birmingham. 

Specsavers Optical Group Ltd is a British multinational optical retail chain. The chain offers optometry and optician services for eyesight testing and sells glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. It also sells hearing aids and completes diabetes eye-tests.

WHAT DO OUR ICC REGISTRATION STAFF DO?

Our staff were fully briefed and trained prior to the event. Staff duties constituted the on-site check-in and badging of 2000+ pre-registered delegates with QR codes. Our staff successfully checked in all individuals in an efficient and professional manner. Moreover, we worked at the conference in the ‘Covid years’ and maintained a clean and safe environment with regular hand sanitising and face-mask wearing.

Furthermore, Specsavers expected high levels of professionalism from our selected staff, all of which provided their own clothing for the event. The dress code was smart black corporate. First impressions at conferences are vitally important, so we ensure that our staff make the best possible impression on guests.

We have worked at the conference for several years and therefore hope to continue our partnership with the high street brand for years to come. We also aim to provide local staff to save you money on staff transport and accommodation costs.
