 As exhibitions at Olympia run 7 days per week, so do we. We also operate a back up service which runs 24 hours a day and operate a GPS check-in system which is monitored even on weekends.

HOSTESSES & HOSTS

Our hostesses and hosts can be booked for a variety of duties. For instance meet and greet, reception duties, sales, data capture and registration. They can also serve refreshments such as tea and coffee on the stands. 

DATA CAPTURE STAFF

We supply experienced data capture staff, who are experienced in approaching the public in a courteous and professional way. They can be booked to conduct data capture manually or electronically e.g. via i-pads. Data capture staff are often booked for competitions and other incentives.

SALES STAFF

Promotional staff Olympia can be booked for the following duties:

  1. Sales – this can be sales of products or services at either trade shows or exhibitions.
  2. Data Capture – this can be conducted manually the old fashioned way by pen and paper, or electronically for instance on an i-pad. Very often our clients booked staff to collect data with an incentive for instance a competition. 
  3. Lead generation – we have a database of experienced lead generators, who are professional, articulate and experienced at this role. 
  4. Registration staff – they can be booked to work with organisers or exhibitions or conferences.
  5. Hostess & Hosts – they can be booked for meet and greet duties, sales promotions or other reception duties. 
  6. Hospitality staff – they can be booked to serve tea, coffee, other beverages of light snacks on the stand. We also offer trained baristas.
  7. Leafleting staff – to hand out flyers at the exhibition.
  8. Badge scanners – to scan delegates badges as they pass the stand.

LEAD GENERATION STAFF

Our lead generation staff are experienced and professional workers who can help engage with and pre-assess potential clients. They can also assist in collecting data, whether for a competition or other incentive. We work directly with many organisers and also venues to supply experienced registration staff. Our registration staff are professionals who have experience in working on a variety of systems and are computer literate. 

PROMOTIONAL MODELS 

Promo models can be hired to promote products or services, conduct hospitality duties, or do other stand work. In addition at events such as the Wedding Show, we can supply models to showcase wedding dresses and accessories. They can be catwalk models, or simply just to sell and wear the attire on the stands. We also work with certain companies to provide staff to dress models (back of house at shows).

Our London office is in the heart of the City in Covent Garden. For this reason we regularly attend exhibitions at Olympia and get to know our clients (exhibitors and organisers) and staff well. We cover a wide variety of exhibitions throughout the year, very often starting the year with many toy demonstrators at the Toy Fair and finishing with sales staff at the Spirit of Christmas. One of the biggest exhibitions we staff at Olympia annually is the Ideal Home Show, in which we cover multiple stands with staff with a wide variety of skills, for instance sales staff and data capture personnel. There is usually a requirement for product demonstrators at the Ideal Home Show.
