VILLA PARK STAFF

We have been supplying Aston Villa with brand ambassadors and wayfinding staff for over five years, and more recently have also provided mascot staff. We support the club across both match days and summer concerts, supplying large teams of brand ambassadors for a range of duties including hyping up supporters in the fan zone, assisting attendees with online tickets at stadium entrances, directing fans around the venue, and helping them capture photos.

Initially, our staff also worked as turnstile operators, assisting with entry into the ground, and supported the club’s Covid safety checks by ensuring fans had their Covid passes.

All Push Promotions staff are fully managed by a senior event manager at each game, ensuring everyone is in the right place and completing tasks to Push’s high standards. We also operate a GPS check-in system to manage shift attendance and ensure full coverage throughout each event.

With a stadium capacity of 42,785, assisting entry into Villa Park is no small task. Push Promotions has consistently supported the club in delivering smooth and efficient operations for their fan-attended matches, enabling thousands of fans to enjoy the atmosphere and excitement of football post-lockdown.

We have also assisted the club with their ‘Birmingham New Street to Villa Park’ bus shuttle service. We supplied a team of staff who directed football fans to the shuttle bus pick up points and explained how and where to purchase bus tickets. Our staff wore branded blue Villa vests and large backpack flags to make their presence visible.

We worked pre and post-match to support the movement of supporters.

We also provide character costume staff to act as the famous Hercules and Bella lion mascots! Our staff love this role engaging with football fans on and off the pitch.
