Our experienced exhibition staff can be booked for exhibitions and trade shows nationwide. We work with both exhibitors and organisers and supply staff with a wide variety of skills. Such as hosts / hostesses, data capture staff, registration staff, lead generators and more.

NATIONWIDE COVERAGE

Our database of exhibition staff covers the entire UK. As a result we supply local staff to  the Birmingham NEC, London Olympia, Excel, Event City, The International Centre, The SEC and everywhere in between. As we supply local staff, there are no additional charges for our staffers’ travel or accommodation. 

24/7 BACK UP SUPPORT

 We understand that exhibitions run 7 days per week. We are therefore available to our clients around the clock, including weekends. Whether this be an additional staffing requirements, or briefing amendments, we will be available to help.

  Our quotations are clear and our prices are competitive. Your dedicated account manager will get to know your exact requirements and before you commit to a booking, will be able to forward you profiles of  our recommended available personnel. We will then work with you to ensure that you have the most suitable person / people on your stand. 

CLEAR BRIEFING & GPS CHECK-IN

We work with our clients to ensure that all staff are fully briefed prior to the booking with event times, details, uniform requirements and company information. For each shift, we operate a check-in procedure, including weekends.

FULLY INSURED STAFF & RISK ASSESSMENTS

We carry full public and employers liability insurance and copies of our certificates can be forwarded to clients upon request. We also work with our clients to ensure that our detailed and exhibition specific risk assessments cover all of their activities. 

WE'RE HMRC COMPLIANT

We are a fully HMRC compliant agency. This means that all of our staff are paid through our weekly payroll on the PAYE scheme. In the UK HMRC’s view of promotional staff, promotional models and exhibition staff changed so that they cannot be engaged as self-employed or freelance workers when hired through an agency.

Our people can be booked for a variety of roles such as data capture, lead generation, serving beverages, meet and greet and registration. Our clients include exhibitors, exhibition organisers and venues. We cover the entire UK and work in London, Birmingham, Glasgow and everywhere in between. Our experienced staff can be booked in even the most remote areas of the UK. Some of the venues we work at include the NEC, Excel and London Olympia.

We go to great lengths to select and retain the highest quality staff within our industry. Our recruitment process is rigorous meaning that only the very best staff are accepted onto our books. 

On accepting your brief and quotation request, we will be able to run an availability check for you and forward profiles our recommended candidates for your consideration. This means that you can be involved in the selection process should you require. 

We provide our clients with full support throughout their exhibitions, including a dedicated account manager and a 24 hour back up service.

PROMOTIONAL STAFF

We supply promotional staff and promotional models to all major exhibition centres in the UK. Some of the duties our personnel can be booked for include data capture, leaflet distribution, competition entries, and sales. Many of our workers have specific experience in certain industries for example in technology, gaming and beauty so please check with one of in-house team if you have certain requirements.

HOSTESSES & HOSTS

Our hostesses and hosts can be booked to do badge scanning, reception duties, meet & greet and other booth duties. In addition they can be booked to do certain hospitality duties such as serving tea & coffee and other beverages. A number of our workers are also trained coffee baristas. Some of the venues our hostesses & hosts work include the NEC, Olympia, Excel and The SEC.

REGISTRATION STAFF

We work directly with many organisers and supply their registration staff. They can be booked nationwide to work at a variety of conferences, events and trade shows. We select only people that are proficient using registration software, checking in delegates and issuing passes. We work across the UK from London, to Birmingham, to Glasgow and everywhere in between. 

DATA CAPTURE & LEAD GENERATION 

 Our personnel can gather data manually (via pen and paper) or electronically (for example using an ipad). In addition we supply proactive lead generators that have experience generating quality leads for our clients.
