Some of the venues we regularly supply include the Birmingham NEC, London Olympia, Excel, Event City, The International Centre, The SEC and everywhere in between. 

24/7 BACK UP SUPPORT

 We understand that events run 24/7. We are therefore available to our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We are able to take last minute bookings and our in house team are on hand to monitor check-in (GPS) and answer any questions etc.

  Our registration personnel are experienced professionals who have been trained on using various different types of registration software. Many of our 1000+ nationwide registration team have covered 100’s of registration shifts. We select only experienced, professional, hard-working and polite staff for shifts.

CLEAR BRIEFING & GPS CHECK-IN

We work directly with our clients to ensure that staff are fully trained and briefed prior to any shifts. Our state of the art briefing system ensure that staff are fully prepared beforehand. This includes specific uniform and presentation guidelines. For each shift, we operate a check-in procedure, including weekends. Our GPS check in system requires staff to confirm their attendance both when on the way to their shift and on arrival. 

FULL PUBLIC & EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURACE

We carry full public and employers liability insurance. Should our clients require, we can send copies of our certificates. We also work with our clients to ensure that our detailed and registration specific risk assessments cover all of their activities. As we work directly with many organisers and venues directly (such as the NEC Group directly) we have risk assessments templates on hand. Your dedicated account manager will be able to provide you with more information. 

WE'RE HMRC COMPLIANT

We are a fully HMRC compliant staffing agency. As a result all of our staff are paid through our weekly payroll on the PAYE scheme. In the UK HMRC’s view of staff in our industry has changed so that they cannot be engaged as self-employed or freelance workers when hired through an agency.

REGISTRATION STAFF FOR EXHIBITIONS AND TRADE SHOWS 

We supply experienced staff to work at trade shows and exhibitions at a variety of UK exhibition and conference centres. Some of the venues that we supply staff to include the NEC, London Olympia, The Business Design Centre, Excel, Event City and the SEC. We work in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Southampton, Plymouth and many other UK locations. Our exhibition registration staff are experienced in using computer systems and various types of registration software. They can be booked to issue and print delegate badges, check in delegates and conduct admin duties.

CONFERENCES

Our experienced registration staff can be booked to work at conferences throughout the United Kingdom. Staff can be tasked with registering badges, providing information to incoming delegates, taking down details and conducting secretarial duties.

Once staff have checked in delegates they can conduct other duties such as hospitality, serving drinks, promotional duties, handing out literature and general event support. In addition we often supply staff to distribute goodie bags and branded products to attendees. These are often prepared by staff during the build day and then distributed once the event is live. 

TEAM LEADERS 

We supply team leaders and event managers to manage teams of staff. Our team leaders work nationwide and can be booked to work at conferences, exhibitions and events throughout the entire UK.
