LUXURY BOAT HOSTESS

Push Promotions supplied a luxury boat hostess to work front-of-house at Discovery Shipyard’s stand at Southampton’s International Boat Show 2021.

Since 1998, Discovery Shipyard has built the finest bluewater cruising yachts, all of which are bespoke and constructed to each client’s unique requirements. As a luxury brand, it was important that we supplied a hostess that truly suited the company. With a network of over 3000 staff to choose from, we were able to do this with ease!

WHAT DID OUR LUXURY BOAT HOSTESS DO?

The stand was by appointment only, so our hostess was in charge of arranging said appointments, offering a hospitality experience for clients as they waited, keeping check of brochure stock, and ensuring COVID regulations were maintained. Unlike other exhibitions we work out, the aim wasn’t simply to draw as many potential customers to the stand as possible.

It was important for the brand to convey a level of opulence, so our hostess ensured that every customer was personally welcomed and ‘made a fuss of’, Yachts aren’t cheap, so every step of the customer’s journey should be considered and exceptional. Our hostesses have worked for corporate clients across the UK. For example at events such as Cheltenham, Henley Regatta, and sports/music events at Wembley Stadium. They therefore know how to adapt to different clientele.

Our hostess worked efficiently and effectively at the Southampton International Boat Show and fulfilled all of the brand’s requirements.
