At the start of 2019 we were appointed to supply brand ambassadors, event managers and food sampling staff to work with John West. 

Staff were supplied to represent the brand at various events across the UK. All staff booked to work with the brand held level 2 food hygiene certificates (or higher), had extensive food sampling experience and undertook online brand training beforehand. 

The brand utilised our interactive reporting system, which allowed them to view real time KPI’s and photographs. As the majority of John West’s events took place during the weekend and bank holidays, they benefited from our 24/7 support, which meant that our in-house team remotely checked in staff, liaised with event managers and monitored all reporting.
