SERVICE STATION CAMPAIGN STAFF

We’re all familiar with the classic ‘Are We There Yet?’ road trip complaints. Over the Easter bank holiday Samsung decided to use the dread of long road trips to promote their newest Galaxy Tab S10 FE & FE+ at Rugby service station. We provided a team of service station campaign staff to support the campaign.

The road trip rescue wall consisted of a station made of Samsung tablets. Here families could bust their boredom by getting creative & trying out the tablet to pass the time on their journey breaks.

WHAT DID OUR SERVICE STATION CAMPAIGN STAFF DO?

The role of our staff was to encourage the public to get hands on and have a go with the tablets. They also encouraged the public to post on social media for a chance to win their very own tablet.

There were Samsung product trainers onsite to help with the product and consumer interaction, and to answer all tech-related questions. Therefore our role was simply to encourage participation, leaving the heavy-technical-lifting to the experts.

It was a clever campaign, allowing Samsung to push into the family market. Where’s a better place to catch the bored public and tell them about a product- a service station of course!
