DAMAC Properties is a prominent real estate development company based in Dubai, founded in 2002. They focus on creating luxury lifestyle developments. Their properties often feature world-class amenities such as golf courses, spas, gyms, pools, gardens, retail outlets and fine dining experiences. The company also operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, Oman and the UK.

WHAT DID OUR WESTFIELD LEAD GENERATION STAFF DO?

Our lead generation staff actively engaged with members of the public, sharing knowledge of Dubai itself and all that the DAMAC Properties company has to offer. We encouraged potential clients to book appointments and speak to the company’s sales manager who was also available at the stand. 

Additionally, it was a target-driven lead generation role so staff were expected to achieve a certain number of leads each day. This encouraged our staff to work  even harder throughout every shift to ensure that this goal was reached.

We worked 7 days a week for several months, providing staff members each day for an 8 hour shift. Additionally, staff dressed in formal wear and represented the brand professionally at all times.
