FESTIVAL TICKET CHECKS
Wristband staff are often trained to recognise counterfeit wristbands or passes to maintain the integrity of the event’s access control. They also ensure that all wristbands are secured so band-swapping cannot take place, and check age restrictions.

HIRE OUR FESTIVAL WRISTBAND STAFF
From small local festivals to large-scale festivals with hundreds of thousands of guests, Push can provide an appropriate team for all! They role is primarily to ensure that attendees receive the appropriate wristbands based on their ticket type, age, access level, or other criteria, but they also complete the following tasks:
- Check Tickets: Checking the tickets or passes of attendees to verify their eligibility for certain wristbands.
- Wristband Distribution: Once ticket eligibility is confirmed, wristband staff provide attendees with the appropriate wristbands. They may also explain the significance of different wristband colours or types to the attendees.
- Wristband Application: Staff securely apply the wristbands to the wrists of attendees, ensuring they are properly fastened to prevent tampering or removal.
- Handle Large Volumes Of Wristbands: Wristband staff must work quickly and accurately under pressure to handle a large number of attendees efficiently.
- Customer Service: Staff should be polite and helpful when interacting with attendees, answering questions, and providing information about the event.
- Stop Counterfeiters: Wristband staff are often trained to recognise counterfeit wristbands or passes to maintain the integrity of the event’s access control.
- Security And Crowd Control: Staff may work closely with security personnel to ensure that only authorised individuals gain access to different areas of the event. This can help with crowd control and maintaining safety. (Push’s specific event stewards and marshals can be hired specifically for this purpose).
- Inventory Watch: Some events may require wristband staff to keep records of wristband distribution to track attendance or to reconcile wristband inventory.
LED WRISTBANDS
Furthermore, interactive LED wristbands are becoming more and more common at shows. They need to distributed as well as taken back at the end of the show (to be re-used and activated for another event). These wristbands require more care and consideration than simple paper wristbands- our staff do take such care.
All of our staff undergo an onboarding process prior to every shift they take- this ensures that they know exactly what to do and what is expected of them. We handpick each staff member for every event to ensure that they’re the ideal fit.
