Prior to each campaign, we work with our clients to build bespoke questionnaires based upon chosen specific data sets. Our reporting software offers a variety of options, e.g. numerical, text and photographic.
CLEAR DATA PRESENTATION
We present data in one single formatted xlsx file, or if our clients require something more specific, we present quantitative data in charts and graphs and qualitative (FAQ’s, comments, etc) data to docx or xlsx. Additionally, photos can be downloaded individually or in batches.
FREE REPORTING
We believe that accurate reporting is part and parcel of any campaign; therefore, we do not charge any additional fees for basic campaign reporting when using our staff. This means we can provide cost-effective and competitive prices. We offer free quotes online or over the phone.
SIMPLE TO USE
Moreover, our campaign reporting is simple to use. Staff access questionnaires via their staff portal, or by using our app. Staff complete their reporting offline (e.g. even when they’re on the tube) and then when they reach a signal, their report will automatically be submitted.
